Manchester Charities

Here in Manchester we have lots of support available but it can sometimes be overwhelming to take the time to research who can help. The below charities are ones we have used ourselves- the staff are fantastic and take the time to listen and help with any mental health struggles.

If you are experiencing urgent mental health emergency and need immediate help, please seek medical advice. Crisis help and information can be found on the Mind website
