Float Festival: a new Mancunian Tradition

Yes, it happened – Manchester’s first Wellness festival took place and it was epic.

Firstly I was blown away by the venue – FiveFourStudios in Salford – and how it never seemed to run out of space no matter how many stairs I climbed. The space was used perfectly for the festival – the downstairs main room was my favourite, filled with good people and good coffee. Float’s signature colours and logo were everywhere I looked and the team had really helpful put up signs for the different areas: Inspire, Engage, Move, Play and Restore – each room with it’s own unique theme and activity.

I cannot wait until Float Festival 2019. If Float 2018 is anything to go by it’s going to be epic.

  1. This looks amazing, I’ve not heard of it before although I don’t live in Manchester so may be why, but how lovely – I’m loving that there’s festivals like this. It’s so important to look after our well-being and it’s great to have such fun activities! Thank you for sharing 🙂
